Drafting and Design Review

This expanded level of service includes review of specific system documentation for design viability and constructability. Think of this as a 3rd-party peer review added to the drawing process to help tighten up your drawings and details. We draw upon 10+ years experience in systems design to facilitate this review process. TMD may request specifications to aid in the review of any product-specific schematics or connection diagrams.

Additional Drafting and BIM Management Services

  • BIM Model Management and Hosting

  • Family/Block/Symbol Design

  • Custom 2D/3D modeling (such as rack panels, face plates, or shop drawing-level details with limited programmatic direction)

Pre-negotiated fixed fees for drafting services typically use $200 per hour multiplied by the number of estimated hours required to meet any given deadline with an expectation for LOD 350. TMD reserves the right to negotiate fees based on the complexities of the project, expected project schedule, expected LOD, and quality of programmatic direction.
